Refund Policy

We stand behind our service and your satisfaction is of high importance to us.

Full Refunds ARE available to be issued if:

– You order Mixing and/or Mastering service, but do not wish to use the service prior to the commencement of the engineering process.

-You order Mixing service, receive one rough/demo mix, and wish to discontinue service.

-You order a Mastering service, receive one rough/demo master, and wish to discontinue service.

Partial Refunds ARE available to be issued if:

-You order a Mixing service, receive your first final mix, and wish to discontinue service. You will receive a 50% refund for the mixing service ordered.

-You order a Mastering service, receive your first final master, and wish to discontinue service. You will receive a 50% refund for the master service ordered.

-You order Mixing and Mastering service, receive your first final mix, and wish to discontinue service. You will receive a 50% refund for the mixing portion of the service ordered and a full refund for the mastering portion of the service ordered.

– You order Mixing and Mastering service, receive two or three revised final mixes and wish to discontinue service. You will only receive a full refund for the mastering portion of the service ordered.

Refunds ARE NOT available if:

– You order Mixing and Mastering service, receive your first mix and revised mix(es) and confirm you are completely satisfied with any of the mixes and/or ask to proceed to mastering.

– You order Mixing and Mastering service, and your project has been completed, delivered and sent to the client via Google Drive or any alternative method.

– You order Mastering service, the mastering has been completed, delivered and sent to the client via Google Drive or any alternative method.

– You order Mixing and Mastering service, receive your first final mix or revised mix(es) and do not respond after 20 business days.
